Learning Commons Technology Loans

Technology devices are available and issued at any campus Learning Commons. Check the device inventory for available options. To be eligible for a device, you must be currently enrolled in one or more credit or continuing education hours during the current semester at Dallas College. If you withdraw from all courses, you must return your device. All devices must be returned by the end of each semester.

Popular technology available:

• Dell Laptops (16 weeks)
• Microsoft Surface Pros (loan for 3 weeks, eligible for renewal up to 2 times)
• TI-84 Calculators (Same day loan)
• Hotspots (loan for 2 Weeks)

Spring 2025 semester loans STARTING JANUARY 13TH

Once you are enrolled and the classes are paid you can visit us at the Learning Commons at any campus.

• Scroll down - under "Visit a Library", see addresses, phone numbers and more for each location.           

1. Bring your physical Dallas College Student or photo ID.

• Pictures of IDs are not accepted

2. Then complete our technology loan agreement form at any campus Learning Commons.
